Our American Guinea Hogs live the good life! They spend all day foraging in the woods. When they’ve cleared out one spot, we rotate them to a new one. Typically we use electric fencing for rotational pens in the woods, but in this video we used hog panels instead. Check out the big pigs in the video!
That’s Great! We have two 5 month guinea hogs we brought home about a month ago. We have an ideal wood lot with short BlackBerry new growth and lots of old canes that our goats habe done their damage on. They hogs wont root and don’t wonder the lot like I hoped. I’m giving scraps and some feed but keeping it minimal to encourage foraging. They just lay around and sleep. Dewomed and plenty of good weather and shade. I wonder what their deal is. Any suggestions?
